PAP: Ex-Agitator Leader expresses confidence in Dennis Otuaro,Urges beneficiaries to exercise patient

PATANI, The  Ex-militants , Trust Andamo Egbejule, Leader of ABARUGU Camp under the - aegis of the Presidential Amnesty programme (PAP) in Niger Delta,has expressed its confidence in Dr.Dennis Burutu Otuaro as reliable Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme and urged the beneficiaries in the (PAP) to   exercise patient with the special Adviser of the programme in the Niger Delta.

Egbejule.when addressing newsmen at Patani LGA Delta State during the weekend while reacting to the Amnesty program lingering matters and stipend allowances affecting the Ex- Militant s, It said, "The  appointment of the Administrator of Presidential Amnesty Programme,PAP, Dr Dennis Burutu otuaro ,As a square pegs, in square hole  and his leadership style is a common  leadership that cannot be found amongst in his pairs and others, who will not disappointed us.

Describing, him as ,"somebody that has a reliable and  ethical leadership style , honest, passionate ,listening , accommodating and supportive  to all sundry"

Egbejule said, "the PAP, Special Adviser, is a leader of sorts to make sure the Presidential Amnesty programme  for  all Niger Delta Ex-militants to benefits from the schemes programs, and every beneficiaries should exercise patience for Dr. Dennis Burutu otuaro  as he' s working tiredness to ensure that the Presidential Amnesty program  blue print will sustained to the beneficiary of all ex- agitators "

He said ,"Dr Dennis Burutu,as integrity leader in the amnesty program, he is ready to prevents  any kind of corruptions  in the programme Especially ,in the term of training scheme acquisition programs, empowerment , Education scholarship and include others,"he is working seriously for the benefits of the beneficiary of the  program to get it right "

 The  Camp leader, used this opportunity to"plead with the beneficiaries of the Pap,who are awaiting for the various programs empowerment in the PAP to exercise little patience with  the amnesty program, and that in no  distances times,they will see change effective and right away ,we are perceived and we are seeing changing coming and it will come down  to all beneficiary of the amnnesty program across the Niger Delta"He charges ,all the beneficiary of the PAP, to give him the morally support and few weeks to come for the blue print framework to be reveal the the amnesty program to a standard stage and promised whatever that is due to us will come back to us as Dr Dennis Burutu otuaro as assured",

He further Stressed, and tasked, the entire Niger Delta ex- agitators in the amnesty beneficiaries to be patience with office of administrator PAP in shortest time for the review of the outline program for our betterment"

 He "admonished Niger Delta Youths in the Amnesty to embrace peace and shun any kind of protest ahead of next month,hopefully, everything will be done in favour our fellow freedom ex- agitators leaders in shortest time" ,

Noting,  also ,"in the area of the stipend , "Dr Dennis,has  openly declared, "he will interact with the Mr president Ahmed Bola Tinubu to resolved our stipend issues  allowances and payments request to be adhered to all  Niger Delta amnasty program beneficiaries.
